A: Currently, long-distance travel primarily relies on charging to extend battery life. Please plan your trip and find suitable charging locations along the way.

A: We offer flexible purchase options, including 0% down payment (no down payment required). Please consult your local dealer for detailed installment payment plans.

A: Each component of the vehicle has a specific warranty. For example, the motor is covered by a 2-year or 30,000-kilometer warranty (whichever comes first).

A: We are continuously expanding our service center network. For example, we currently have 5 service centers in Bangkok. We promise that parts are reasonably priced and not overly expensive.
Q: If the battery is damaged, can it be repaired? Where can I get it repaired?
A: Batteries can be repaired, but battery repair requires a high level of expertise. Please contact your local service center; they will guide you through taking the battery to a professional repair shop.
Q: How long does it take to replace the battery?
A: The process of scanning and replacing batteries through our battery swapping stations is very quick, taking only 30-40 seconds.
Q: If customers buy a new car and choose to use the battery swapping service, they are worried that they will receive an old battery.
A: With GENKIBIKE’s battery swapping network, customers don’t need to worry about battery aging. Our system continuously checks and ensures that the health of all batteries in the network meets standards. Users will receive batteries whose health has passed standard testing each time they swap batteries.
Q: How are the motorcycle's waterproof and safety systems? Can it be used in rain or flooding?
A: The GENKIBIKE battery is IP7 waterproof, and the storage space under the seat is also waterproof. The vehicle can travel in water up to 30 centimeters deep.
Q: How many hours does it take to fully charge a battery at home?
A: It takes about 4 hours to fully charge the battery using a home charger.
Q: What should I do if the battery swapping station is damaged or experiences a power outage?
A: You can find other nearby battery swap stations through our app. The app will display the status, distance, and navigation of available battery swap stations in real time, ensuring you can always find available battery swap services.
Q: How many battery swapping stations are there in major cities, and how many vehicles can each station support for battery swapping per day?
A: We are actively expanding our battery swapping network. For example, in Bangkok, we plan to install at least 100 swapping stations. The capacity of each station is as follows:
• Dual-battery vehicles: Approximately 25 vehicles/day.
• Single-battery vehicles: Approximately 40 vehicles/day. Our system monitors the usage of swapping stations and increases the number of stations as needed.
Q: What is the battery degradation rate? How long does it take for the battery to degrade to the point where it needs to be replaced?
